Dongke Semiconductor (Anhui) Co., Ltd, established in 2011, is one of the few domestic integrated circuit technology innovative enterprises integrating R&D, design, production and sales. The company has set up 5 R&D centers in Shenzhen, Wuxi, Beijing, Qingdao, and Maanshan, and one packaging and testing base. 2023, Dongke and Peking University have established a joint R&D center to jointly promote the research and development of the third-generation semiconductor Gallium Nitride chips. Dongke has been plowing into the IC industry for 14 years, always insisting on forward design and independent innovation. It is one of the national specialized, specialized and new small giants, China's top 100 semiconductor enterprises, and one of the top 50 specialized, specialized and new enterprises in Anhui Province.
In 2020, in order to promote the process of chip localization, the company purchased 53 acres of industrial land, the first phase of the completion of the standard GMP clean plant 20,000 square meters, attached office / R & D building of 7,000 square meters, the scale of investment in fixed assets of more than 200 million yuan, while an additional 110 million yuan of equipment and R & D into the production line and the key laboratories, in June 2023 put into use. Can realize the chip annual production capacity of 1 billion.
